Request a room away from the staff area to avoid early noise disturbances. The complimentary coffee in the lobby is a nice perk during chilly mornings.

We loved the hotel, it was good small and had fantastic location adjacent to good restaurants & cafes, and Astronomical Clock and square. The breakfast was substantial and delicious and with broad choise.
The staff - some of them were a little indifferent.

The hotel was very good. Very helpful staff and very thoughtful in the services provided e.g. free wifi. The hotel will also book a taxi for you to save you being ripped off by Prague taxi drivers - do not take a taxi directly from the taxi rank at the main train station. We were charged over 30 euros- should have been more like 12. Would recommend the hotel.

The complimentary beer and water in the fridge were a delightful surprise, and the charming decor throughout the hotel made our stay feel special. However, breakfast options could be improved for more variety.

The location of the hotel was excellent, only a few minutes walk from Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice of hot and cold items. We found the free internet access very useful and all the staff extremely pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation

Such a pleasant stay in Prague old town. Affordable hotel in a very relaxing area right by tourist attractions as well as the metro and Old Town square. Magnificent and perfect location - near Cafe Slavia. Patient staff, brand-new, air conditioned room with desk & chairs and extra large double bed plus big windows. Private parking and substantial and delicious breakfast for every taste. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Late check out.

The excellent location made it easy to explore major attractions within walking distance. The room wassuper clean and cozy, though somewhat outdated and cramped with minimal space when occupied by two single beds. Disappointingly, the initial room assigned felt inadequate, but a spacious triple room was eventually offered, which significantly improved the experience. Breakfast options were limited, yet included a tasty guava jam that added a nice touch.
